Who handles refunds
Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase, so Paddle processes all refunds. To ask for one, email [email protected] and we'll pass the request to Paddle. You can also ask Paddle directly.
Our refund window
If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason. This is our own promise, and it sits alongside your legal rights, which are set out below.
When we refund a payment, your paid features end when the refund is made, and the app returns to the Free plan.
Your legal right to cancel
If you buy online in the UK or the EU, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 usually give you 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund. For digital content such as this app, that right ends once you have agreed, when you buy, that the app can be used straight away, and you have started using it. Paddle's buyer terms describe how this works at checkout.
Our 14 day window above applies even after you've started using the app, and it doesn't take that right away.
Cancelling a renewal
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Basic stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it stops. Cancelling doesn't refund the time already paid for. Yearly plans and unused time on a renewal aren't refunded after the 14 day window.
Refunds after the window
After the 14 day window, refunds are considered case by case. Your legal rights always apply, including the right described above.
When the money arrives
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Paddle. How long it takes to show depends on your bank.
